RED BALL PROGRAMS ARE HERE
Has your child ever thought about playing competitive tennis? if they have, ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is for them. Match Play is the perfect introduction to the this new world. Tennis World Sydney runs a very successful Hot Shots Match Play program for all Orange Ball and Green Ball students. From term 3, Red Ball Match Play is being introduced as well as two other initiatives for designed specifically for Red Ball students.
WHAT WILL PLAYERS LEARN?
ANZ Tennis Hot Shots Match Play is perfect for any young player looking to take their first positive step towards competition tennis.
Players will learn how to score matches, will also begin to understand different strategies and types of tennis playing plus more, all in a friendly and fun environment.
IS MATCH PLAY RIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD?
If your child has already undertaken at least two terms of ANZ Tennis Hot Shots Coaching, ANZ Tennis Hot Shots Match Play is a whole new level of fun.
Match Play teams are made up of both boys and girls with two or more players per team and are aligned with the school term and run for six to eight weeks.
The program will run every Friday, starting from June 2. All sessions in term 2 will be free!

RED BALL REVOLUTION
Tennis World Sydney are introducing three new initiatives designed specifically for Red Ball students. The first is Red Ball Challenge, a coach lead class that enables players to begin understand competitive play. The second is Future Athlete Development Strategy (FADS), assisting players as they develop fundamental skills in movement, physicality and mental denomination all in a fun and friendly environment.
Finally, introducing Red Ball Play. From term 3 onward, Tennis World Sydney are introducing Red Ball Play, an hour-long session after Red Ball lessons every Tuesday afternoon and Saturday morning. The session allows players just to have more time on court, developing skills at their own pace. The session is free for junior members and $15 for non-members.
