Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Our Tennis World coaches bring together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills and pump out a high-energy soundtrack to keep you moving. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle. Mentally and physically you will become stronger and grow more confident in your tennis playing.
Each session runs for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the session and is suitable for everyone. Whether you are just starting out, or have been playing tennis for years, you will find the right Cardio Tennis session to suit.
Cardio Tennis is unique at Tennis World – there are two different Cardio Tennis options you can choose between. Activ8, Play, and Ladies Tennis.
The traditional Cardio Tennis class. Suitable for everyone and designed specifically to improve fitness levels. Activities will cater to all levels with drills and stations set up to involve everyone. With a maximum of 8 players on court, this session combines drills and directs play to hit as many balls as possible and work up a good sweat.
Cardio Play differs from other Cardio Tennis sessions. While Activ8 sessions focus on an all-body workout, Play concentrates on more advanced tennis drills. Designed for tennis players intermediate and above, this session includes high-intensity drills as well as singles and doubles match play scenarios.
Ladies Tennis is run across all Tennis World Venues and is designed for women with intermediate tennis experience and above, this session includes high-intensity tennis drills aimed at improving tennis skills while keeping the heart rate up.
Silver and Gold Tennis World members have access to Cardio Tennis sessions every month as part of their membership. Casuals can also participate in these heart-pumping sessions.
