Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program designed for players at an intermediate level or above. Our Tennis World coaches bring together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills and pump out a high-energy soundtrack to keep you moving.
Cardio Play concentrates on advanced tennis drills. This session includes high-intensity drills as well as singles and doubles match-play scenarios. Cardio Play is for five players on court plus a coach.
Ladies Tennis is run across some Tennis World Venues and is designed for women of all tennis levels. This session includes high-intensity tennis drills aimed at improving tennis skills while keeping the heart rate up.
