THE SUMMER OF TENNIS HAS ARRIVED

This year, fans and players alike get a rare chance to play at an official AO24 venue at Tennis World Albert Reserve! Dive into a variety of activities suitable for EVERYONE – from Cardio Tennis and Adult Match Play to Boot Camps, Run Club, and beyond. Every weekday from 6 pm, we’ll set the mood with energetic tunes and an electric atmosphere. Don’t just watch—live the AO experience on the courts this summer!

Activity Summary
Cardio Tennis Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts and upbeat tennis drills, Cardio Tennis is an exhilarating, time-efficient method to workout. You don’t even have to be good at tennis to get involved.
Adult Match PlayHit the courts this summer for a smash hit! Adult Match Play forms a competitive environment through the UTR system, where players will compete to improve their rankings. The Universal Tennis Rating system allows Program Managers to organise competitive and fulfilling matches between players of a similar standard. All players are welcome to join a vibrant Adult Social Play session and experience the joy of friendly matches!
Boot CampOur Boot Camp Program involves mixed modality circuit-based training. Aimed to be delivered in a fun and engaging manner, this training will involve a mixture of strength-endurance-based exercises, partnered/group activities and high-intensity interval training
Run Club Within our AO Summer Run Club you will complete; a structured warm up, basic running technique drills,
bouts of running and a cooldown with stretching. Our bouts of running will be progressed and varied in the distances, speeds and rest periods used, however these are able to be modified to meet your current
level of fitness.
Nutrition Seminars Our Boot Camp Program involves mixed modality circuit-based training. Aimed to be delivered in a fun and engaging manner, this training will involve a mixture of strength-endurance-based exercises, partnered/group activities and high-intensity interval training
Beach Workout Our beach/beach-side workout is a one-time chance to take advantage of the sandy shoreline for a unique training experience. This will involve similar training to our boot camp classes, however will also involve some fun short-distance speed and endurance training on the shoreline.
