How do I terminate my Membership?
Please email your venue if you want to terminate your membership contract. Members are free to cancel anytime, the only requirement is 2 weeks’ notice, per our Terms & Conditions.
When do my cardio tennis/competition passes renew?
Passes renew at the start of every debit cycle (fortnightly) and do not carry over into the next period. Extra passes can be purchased via your membership portal.
Does my child need to pay a guest fee if I am a member?
No, your child is not required to pay a guest fee.
Am I able to freeze my membership?
Yes, we offer suspension for up to 90 days per calendar year at the rate of 33 cents per day.
Members can now do this on their online portal Select Account > Contract Details > Select your membership > Select Freeze contract > Select Freeze option> Select dates and reason> Select Go to Payments.
Can I bring a non-member to play with me when I book a court?
All members are welcome to bring guests in to play with them. Guests are required to pay a guest fee of $10.00 to the Tennis World reception upon check-in.
How long does it take for my membership to be active after I sign up?
If you become a member online, membership will instantly activate. All new members will receive a welcome pack and confirmation email informing you that your membership is active.
What are the benefits of membership?
Our membership benefits players in various ways including; discounted court hire, pro-shop discounts, access to cardio tennis and programs, access to UTR and match play events and SO MUCH MORE!

What do I have to bring to my lesson?
Racquet- If you do not have one please notify reception as we will provide you with one. Wear runners and comfortable sports clothing. Bring a water bottle and remember to be sun smart if you are outside.
Do lessons run during the school holidays?
No, classes will cease during school holidays and resume as per normal during the school term. All payments will freeze during this period and resume prior to the next term.
Does my child need to pay a guest fee if I am a member?
No, your child is not required to pay a guest fee.
What is your makeup lesson policy?
If your lesson is cancelled by Tennis World for any reason, you will be provided with up to two makeup sessions per term. These makeup passes will allow you to book into makeup sessions during the school holidays. If there are more than two classes cancelled per term, then you will receive credit on your account which will be automatically applied to the next direct debit.
Tennis World does not offer makeup passes/credits for missed classes unless in extreme circumstances (usually where you can apply for a medical certificate). Please note all students in a performance lesson will only receive credit, no makeup passes.
Do I have to pay for the whole term up front?
No, coaching is charged fortnightly via direct debit. Payments are made two weeks in advance.

No need to worry! We have racquet hire available in our pro-shop for only $5 per racquet.

No, all Tennis World patrons will receive free parking on-site.

Yes, we do. We make delicious coffee and sell fresh sandwiches/wraps, we also sell a range of drinks and confectionery in our pro-shop.
