Tennis World Canberra’s new Junior S&C Program is designed to introduce young performing players to the fundamentals of tennis-oriented strength and conditioning. The program will introduce young players to various strength and conditioning exercises they can use to enhance their tennis performance. The sessions focus on improving players’ movement, footwork and stability.

Players in Orange Stage 3 lessons or above who are under the age of 12 are invited to participate as well as players in Green 3 or Performance 1 classes.

The 45-minute sessions are run by coach Natasha Phillips-Edgar. Natasha is a Tennis Australia National Development Squad (NDS) Strength and Conditioning Coach. She has extensive experience helping some of the ACT’s top juniors enhance their performance on court.

For a limited time, these sessions can be booked using your Junior Membership competition passes. Unlike your coaching classes, S&C bookings are non-recurring so make sure to book in advance each week.
