Stephan started his career working for the Royal Dutch Tennis Federation. During his time there, he was involved in a variety of roles including Regional Coach for the 12 & Under program; 16 & Under program; coaching ITF players; working with transitioning players into WTA & ATP tours; working with the Davis Cup and Fed Cup players, coaches and teams; and overseeing multiple venues and coaches within a region. Stephan was a touring coach on the ATP Tour & WTA Tour with players inside the top 100 in the world. When finishing on tour, Stephan began working for the Hong Kong Tennis Association as a Performance Coach before becoming the Head Coach and Program Manager whilst also holding the joint Technical Director and Director of Coach Education positions. We are extremely grateful to have such a passionate and experienced head coach oversee our programs and further develop our coaching team.
