Sydney Boot camps offer an effective and fun experience for improved strength and conditioning. Each session targets Strength, Core and Cardio fitness that will directly improve your tennis play on the court and overall fitness.
Melbourne Park & Sydney Olympic Park facilities are equipped with a gymnasium.
All Silver, Gold and Platinum members can access the Gymnasium at Melbourne Park & Sydney Olympic Park. We also offer a ‘Gym-Only’ membership that you can learn more about on our membership page
Members will have the opportunity to join classes using their visit passes which renew every fortnight. Alternatively, casuals can join sessions and pay $22 per class.
