We offer two distinct programs: Cardio Play and Cardio Activ8, both tailored to fit into your busy schedule with 45-minute sessions. All ages and abilities are welcome, the only requirement is a smile and a desire to work up a sweat. Cardio Play sessions are better suited for intermediate to advanced players with greater focus on rally and point play activities. On the other hand, Cardio Activ8 sessions are a better fit for beginners looking to stay active. Your coaches are trained to mix up the activities to cater for all individuals so you can get more out of each session.
Players are advised to wear runners and comfortable active wear. Where applicable, bring along a personal racquet, water bottle and hat.
Not at all! Our Cardio sessions are for players of all abilities who are keen to work up a sweat, we have many beginners who join these sessions.
Activ8 is aimed at all abilities who want to work up a sweat, whereas play is aimed at intermediate-advanced players who want to incorporate more rally-based drills into their cardio training.
No, cardio sessions are $22 for casuals. However, if you are planning to attend regular sessions, we HIGHLY recommend joining as a member as it will be more cost-efficient for you. You can check out our plans via our membership page.
Passes renew at the start of every debit cycle (fortnightly) and do not carry over into the next period. Extra passes can be purchased via your membership portal.
